RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, or change your mind, you are welcome to return the items within 14 days unused and in their original packaging for a full refund – excluding postage and packaging.
Please contact our clinic manager Joanna using the button below with your order number for instructions on how to return.
Our Returns Policy is 14 days – your returned item must be back with us within 14 days of delivery to qualify a full refund excluding shipping costs.
Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed, you will be notified and your original payment method credited. This can take up to 10 days.
You, the customer, will be responsible for the return and shipping costs. If your item(s) total over £50, we advise that you use a tracked shipping service. Any lost items on return are the responsibility of the customer – unfortunately we cannot refund for anything we don’t receive, so please use a tracked service.
