Welcome to acu.e8 treatment clinic space your sacred sanctuary in the middle of Dalston

Updated: Jan 31, 2023

We provide a wealth of therapies - acupuncture, reflexology, craniosacral therapy, massage and much more! We provide monthly community, reduced rate treatments and a safe, friendly space for everyone

Our clinic manager Joanna (@integrative.acu) opened acu.e8 towards the end of 2020 in the mist of the covid-19 lockdowns as she was worried that complementary health and people's options for alternative treatment may reduce in post-pandemic UK. Gradually and with time, thankfully, the world of holistic therapies has bounced back our team of therapists has grown.

Please explore the website fully as we have some wonderful therapists working from the clinic regularly, products that you will not find elsewhere and occasional events to bring our community together and celebrate the health of mind, body and soul.

We'll have guest blogs coming and lots of information about our products, our ethos behind the practice and if there is anything you would like to see from us please get in touch as we'd love to hear from you!

Welcome from all our therapists!

If you head over to our treatment tab you can find out when each of our therapists is in the clinic, the days and times they operate and how to get in touch with them. This is a shared space; our clinic manager Joanna operates it with the belief that each individual therapist should keep the majority of their earnings so they can live a happy and richly rewarded life so most therapists will run their own diaries and appointments. If you come across any problems booking with a therapist please contact acu.e8.hackey@gmail.com and we'll help you with bookings etc.

Your safety & how we operate at the highest possible standards of safety, insurance and membership

When you come for a treatment at acu.e8 be assured that all of our therapists have had 3 or more years training in their specialist therapy, they are committed to continuing professional development, they have private insurance and all have to be registered and have a valid professional membership to keep you safe. If you would like to see anyones credentials or certificates - most of them are up on the acu.e8 clinic wall but please do ask, we're proud of the training we've had to go through to give you the best possible treatments.

We thought it might be lovely to end with an article published in the British Acupuncture Council's (https://acupuncture.org.uk) quarterly magazine when the clinic first opened, the article is featured on page 18-19.
