About the Event
Laughter yoga lifts your mood, releases endorphins and serotonin, lowers cortisol levels, boost the immune system, enhances creativity and much more! It is an incredibly powerful wellness tool.
Cat was born to be a laugher yogi and is thrilled to be sharing it with you.
All you need is a willingness to laugh and you will leave feeling utterly fabulous!
Laughter yoga is a series of interactive laughter exercises interspersed with yogic breathing and calming movements. The session finishes with laughter meditation where you have the opportunity to really let your laughter flow; this is followed by a guided meditation to bring your body and mind back to a relaxed and grounded state.
Please bring a mat or blanket with you to get comfortable for the meditation at the end.
