About the Event
Reconnect and revive.
ACU.E8 presents this weekend of wellness to help you reconnect with your community and yourself through a series of talks, mindful crafting and holistic treatments to enliven and revive your mental and physical health.
The power of connecting with others and laughing, talking, sharing is so important. This weekend encourages you to build a small pocket of self-care for yourself over the weekend and then set the intention to take the practice forward.
Saturday sessions on offer:
Cat Googe laugher yoga
Sip and paint session run by Recess Living
NADA ear acupuncture for stress and anxiety
Holistic treatments (50 minutes) - facials, massage and acupuncture
